Ingredients: Yerba Mate, white tea, green tea, puerh, black tea, cinnamon, cardamom, ginger root, eleuthero ginseng root, licorice root, black pepper safflowers, saffron, fennel, tulsi, vanilla flavoring and peppermint.
Loose Leaf can be re-steeped 2-3 times before needing to replace.

1oz bag 10-15 new cups of tea
3oz bag 30-45 new cups of tea
Suggested Steeping Instructions: 1 tsp of tea per 8oz of boiling water, steep for 2-3 min
Iced Tea Recipe: 2 tsp tea per 8oz of water for iced tea
Cold Brew Method: 1 1/2 tsp of tea per 8oz cold water, add loose leaf tea to jar of cold filtered water and keep in refrigerator for 8-12hr (no more than 24hr). Strain tea leaves and enjoy!
